SEEKING THE LIGHT

Assalamu'alaikum,

alhamdulillah, I am still alive so do you, until this moment we are given the chances to improve ourselves.
I have always try to strive to be a better servant of Allah s.w.t

     I just read a book named "life is an open secret" by zabrina A. bakar

good for leisure reading, yet contains valuable secrets for those who want to delve deeper
in their life.

    One of the topic that interest me is that " would I marry me?"
it is a self improvement method that seems to be lame, but effective.
would I marry the present me? I can say, possibly or probably but not definitely. There are too mush things I need to improve and mend. Like being more responsible, and more diligent.

back to the point:

There are absolutely ways to reach sincerity, we just have to struggle more to find it. I am very positive that, when we see no way out, when there is no more road to pave, if we try, and never give up, impossible will turn to be possible. Life is like a puzzle, need effort and hard work to  finish it up. When we see the bigger picture, we will be more confidence and certain in our decisions.

We need first to monitor our heart when we so something. If we intend to speak to be boastful, immediately stop talking. Check how our heart feels with each action that we do. It can distinguish between what is right and wrong. Sometime, the heart is blackened by the sins and thus unable to recognize anything no more. Ask Allah for a new heart when reciting Al-Qur'an do not tranquil it, or Solat cannot make it peaceful.

We can avoid showing off, but does it mean we have being sincere?
for sincere contain nothing else but for the sake of our Lord.
But we are humans, our action are enforced by the benefit that we recive.
That why, it is ok if we do good for

expectation: the mind set of how things will be going even before they actually happen
capability or potential: i.e, leadership, intelligence and etc

Expectation is a very powerful that it can influence the perception regardless of the actual situation or condition.

No doubt, this situation often happen in our life. How many time have we being disheartened by what we got merely because we feel that we deserve better.

There is this person which I looked down, when I found out this person is actually better than what I think, now I have respected this person even more. There is also so many people that do not reach my expectation.

The movies,novels, all depicting a love story that is too good to be true. Unfortunately this has penetrated our mind, and we have set it as a benchmark or a standard by which we measure our happiness. Irony, irony...


A person, what is in them is so beautiful once we know them

So do the future. We need not to be a pessimist, once we do, we will be only trapped in dismay afraid to move forward.

So, what we need? we need to be realistic.wallahua'lam

                                                     

tis is just wat i believe, so its not like tis the truth but 4 me tis is how i understand the world:

come along with us into this world, personality that make who we are regardless it is bad or good. Most of it nurtured by environment or merely passed down by our parents and inscribled in the genes. Bad tempered, impatience, ill mannered, kind hearted, forgiver, polite, and many more. Or maybe some of us even have the tendency or urge to do something wicked like killing, shoplifting or indecent act. These whims that lead to shameful and sinful act, i believe is a trial. The greatest war is within the human to fight himself, a ceaseless battle. Being born evil doesnt mean we have to stay being evil.(every child is pure from any contaimination) We are free to choose our own path.

ibnu mas'ud said that they used to learnt 10 verses of the qur'an and will never proceed until they learnt everthing from it. The qur'an deserve more to be read than recited, both have their own credits of giving guidance to human.i have read in a blog, an article posted there from i luv islam: al-qur'an as the benchmark.
The secondary needs of human nature is his self-esteem, he will struggle to fulfill his self-esteem. Thus, he will always has the desire to improve or I can also say perfection. As so, he must have a point of reference or destination that he is directed to. Most people taking famous person, celebrities or the riches to be their final destination. The weakness behind this is that they are humans and open to mistake. A blind people being guided by a blind people.
The limited ability of human senses has placed a huge wall that has also limits the knowledge. This is because the door to knowledge is the senses. As such, human can only make reasoning suitable to this limited knowledge. This is where the book of Allah helps, providing enough information for human to guide themselves. If a machine is created, for sure the engineer know every bits of his creation. He then, will provide manual so that the machine can function at it top performance at the hand of the customers. This is also in fact apply to us.

sometimes, i think too much until i cant even speak or write because each word must be flawless, not contradicting with my knowledge, and elaborated. Even when people talking i will feel unease when the wording clearly can give different meaning then they intend to, but at the same time i did understand the message. This is who i am. Its not somethng bad or good. Just like having a heart that inclines to kibr. When our heart is decreed to incline towards the feeling of self sufficient. It not necessarily somethng bad. Why? Because i see it as a trial. The heart is not easily controlled. Thats why, the decision and the action will determine wether its bad or good. If u try nothng and accept it, it will be bad.if you fight it insyallah, it will be good. We can categorize it as a kind of patience. Ibnu qayyim said that, patience in refraining one self from doing prohibited acts seated at a higher degree if compared to
Patience when calamity strikes.i.e death of family member.the reason behind this is that, in the second case a human have no choice but to stay patience so that he can move forward in this life.its largely for the sake of things that he can see that is life in this world and himself. As for the first case. A human stays being patience, even though it wouldnt effect his wordly affair. This indicate that he believes in the hereafter much more. Thus, the intention is majorly for the life that is unseen by the naked eye.other than that, this also mean he is open to choice to be patience or not. This is my very own explaination. Thus, we shouldnt feel sad for the whims that fleeting in our mind as long as we do nt materialize it into reality.

When there are questions that keep lingering in my mind, I will insyallah with the help of Allah find the answers. Alhamdulillah, when things keep pop up in our mind we and keep forcing ourselve seeeking the answer, the answer will come with the help of Allah. Dont believe this? I cannot prove anything but for you to try it your self. Sometimes, when going to library, a book will caught my attention, after skimming the pages, Hola! there it is!! (^^). Some questions is just concerning fiqh, and some is about sirah, the hardest is about takdir. We are human, curiosity is our fitrah. But, there are still lots of questions left unanswered. I hope I have more questions. There are even questions as old as 4-5 years. Maybe, my knowledge is not enough to understand even if the answer is presented to me, or I will just misunderstand it.
If you want something, just think about it as hard as you could. Your heart determination will the guide your actions to the path that will lead you to the destination that you want. If you think about Allah so much, you will never carelessly spending your time. You will find ways that lead to Him. But before hand, we must understand that nothing will happen if the determination in our heart is not follow up with any action.

I doubt anyone will understand..

within our life, there are things that we can control, and things that we cant. Things that we can control is the one that we can decide. However the extent of the decision itself is limited or beyond our control i.e like an objective answer paper that only have A,B,C, n D. We only responsible to what we decide, we cant create an event, but we can choose the path to that event. For the things that are beyond our control, we should never worried nor we should be sad. Because, Allah planned the best for us, and if he try us with trial its the one that we can handle. If it is the things that we decide by our self, we may contemplate on the consequences and try to seek improvement. I believe, after we choose the most worst decision, what happen next is the most best event that may happen as the consequence of our decision.

do u think you are smart? Or talented?. Do you aware that each and every nikmah that Allah give, will be asked what you do with them.wether for fisabilillah or to do mischeive or being a vanglorius boaster.what has given to you is a rensponsibilites, not a thing to be boastful of. It is like a rich people, they will be late for paradise because the wealth that were placed by Allah in their hand during their life time. For me, it also apply to knowledge, healthy body, time, as all of these are more valuable than material wealth. Because of that, scholar would be among those who will be tormented severely if he hide the truth while he possesed the knowledge.the value of a person, lies not in his tremendous knowledge but his effort to emerge the knowledge into practicality. The reality that we need to digest is that time is life. Do you can buy ur life like a prepaid topup? No one will be given a second chance.this world is the place to beg, to ask forgiveness,to believe, there is no more deed will be accounted except for 3 things when soul is taken away from the body.wallahua'lam. May Allah protect my heart and your heart from kibr.ameen

How much of us read the qur'an. I mean not reciting it, but read it with full of understanding and taking benefit from it. The book of Allah azzawajalla has being created to be a guide for humanity.had it being hard to understand it has failed it purpose to clarify the right path. But indeed theres ayah thats clear in meaning and ayah that vague in meaning. Allah know best the reason behind this. Should we not try to tafsir the ayah but only tadabbur since .its good to read the translation but i recommend tafsir.because the level of understanding is higher that way. we are also able to grap more stories behind the ayah. Like tafsir ibnu khatir, type:attafsir bi riwayah. Meaning its using hadith and riwayah from companions like ibnu 'abbas to explain the ayah.some time it explain the reason behind a certain ayah, futher discuss difficult words and much more so that when we recite we are able to feel the true meaning of the ayah and not come from our understanding that maybe influence by so many factor. For hadith, i prefer fathul bari'. But cnt find it yet. Heard of it but never read it.just need to be more careful.wallahua'lam.

no matter how much we try, how hard we struggle we can never change the fact that we can only be happy if we satisfied our fitrah. We can keep denying the truth of this, but until when? Until we are worn out by trying to fulfill the boundless desire? And in the end, at the verge of death only then we realise, the satisfaction of following our desire and lust is only last for a fleeting moment and we keep asking for more like a severely addicted drug addict. It had never being there,the satisfaction is just a deceitful illusion. we were in delusion of attaining happiness. What fitrah am i talking about? Its islaam. Allah created us, so its just logical for a creator to know exacty what we need. The quran is the manual, and rasulullah s.a.w is the living qur'an. He is the perfect example, a mercy from rabb al-a'lamiin. We shouldnt seperate the elements or essences of islaam, we shouldnt just worship Allah but neglect and abuse our relationship with human. All the elements must integrate to be a true servant of God. Only then, the heart will experiance sweetness that even last when hardship strike. For those forsake his desire to please Allah, he will feel sweetness in ibadah insyallah. Wallahua'lam

if something is progressing or developing, it is indeed must have a begining and end. This world is said to be progressing or developing, human intellect changes with time. In this limited knowledge that I have , I assume that no former civilization should surpass the later civilization. Allah know best.
If something have begining we shall then never doubt that this world have a creator. If not how can we explain the first existance of this world that some scientist refer as singularity? If there is nothing how can we create something from nothingness? there is only one answers, there a creator. If we futher doubt this, can we imagine how impossible for us to even exist if the creation of us is by chance? The probability is 0. I dont need much to prove that. even using the intelligence of human it takes 200 years for human to comprehend the mechanisms of walking. if u a robot enthusiast there is yet no perfect design to immitate walking. Even in filming blockbuster movies, the only way to get real walking is by capturing the motion of the actor using some kind of device call.. of no forgot what its name. Never mind, the conclusion is the everything around us is not created by a mere chances but design and planned carefully with lots of perfection. That is why, by looking at the creation of god we will find the attributes of god. We may not see Him now, but in his creation we may see how wisdom He is.
If there is god, then which religion is the religion of god? some religion is not from god- ideals of a person, and some religion maybe altered. so, which is the pure one? I cannot be as fair as I should be when talking about this. it maybe biased. But I believe it is islam. I may have not being in other religions, but the more I refute the more I find truthfulness in this religion of fitra (islam). To compare the sacred texts of all religion to proof my standing is not something I can do as full knowledge is needed.
Once I text to a friend, " I love not controlling myself, it is easier that way, But I hate the result, my parent will upset with me, I may hurting a friend, or fail to achieve my dreams. I hate to control myself, to remain patience in hard situation, but I like its result. People are comfortable with me, I am respected, my dreams becomes true, and there is less problems" by controlling oneself, He or she is only regain freedom not restriction. Some people who said the have right to be free, and having a life without restriction- they will only jailing themself or being a servant to their own lust and desire. the only feeling they get is suffocating and emptiness. True religion will guide a person towards releasing themself from slaving their soul to their own lust and desire. There more he/she follow the religion, the more she/he feels free.
Constant reminder and gaining knowledge is the key to steadfast in islam. knowledge is light from God. It only enters heart that is pure. wallahua'lam.
praise to Allah, I come to this world alone and I will be return to Him alone.If creating me is not a problem, then it is easier to raise me up from the dust of my bone. The day where all that is concealed is zahir, may Allah hide my fault from even me myself.

naturally human is like a mirror. Most of the time, the treatment you recieve from your friends is actually comes from how well you treat them. whatever you throw at them, they will reflect the same thing. If you treat someone kindly,in most cases he or she, ends up doing the same to you. I tried to experimenting with this for a while ( approximately 1 year).
Each time the congregational prayer ends, everyone will shake hands right? Most people dont put their heart in doing it. The purpose of shaking hands is to tighten the brotherhood among the muslim, however, what happens now is just a custom. Probably most people doing that because everyone does that. You can see, some of people dont even smile when shaking hands, more worst dont even look. Then we better of not shaking hands no more. How would you feel when you are talking to someone while he or she is looking away. irritated? resent? absolutely, no one will feel comfortable. It just need a sincere smile to reach ones heart. I tried to smile force fully to whomI shake hand with, well, He reply with a weird expression on his face. At another time, I sincerely smile when recieving his hands, well he smile delightfully. There is time even when I smile sincerely, I receive no reply I wonder why. Then I comes up with a solution, when shaking hands I hold his hand a bit longer until he see my face. Now ,mostly each time I shake hands I can see the smiling faces of everyone. Thats how I do my experiment.haha

The conclusion is, dont be like a mirror be like a sun that always shine. why? when someone angered you, naturally you will try to take vengence. When you are like a sun, you will give forgiveness. By giving a forgiveness, we hope that Allah will also forgive us, by being kind to others, we hope that Allah will give us His mercy and love. Life is about giving, what you give is what you receive.

if you treat others like you want to be treated, then you already have a noble akhlaq.

p/s= the words naturally I use in this post means sunnatullah, nothing happen but allah has ordain it to happen that way.
