Not only the appeareance but also the biological design that is so beautiful and perfect. Cn u imagine, Allah create everything from nothing? He design everything to its very details sooo briliantly that it takes years, decades, centuries, to uncover the mysteries of the world. For example, the creation of airplane to imitate bird. How many trials have failed?
